Hip Pocket Theatre


Hip Pocket Theatre, an experimental arts ensemble, is committed to producing original scripts and pieces not usually performed in this area. Hip Pocket Theatre relies on the imagery of fantasy and fables, original adaptations and scripts that mainly draw their inspiration from the legends and history of Fort Worth and the Southwest. The performance focus is interdisciplinary, utilizing traditional theatrical elements along with music, mime, dance, puppetry and projected images.

Hours
June - August, gates open 7 p.m., showtime 9 p.m. September - October gates open 6:30 p.m., showtime 8:15 p.m..
Shows run Friday - Sunday nights except in September when the show runs Thursday - Sunday.

Admission
Opening nights $5
Other nights: Adults $15; Seniors/Teachers/Military and Students $10; children 6-12 $5.
Sundays: Adults $10; Seniors/Teachers/Military and Students $8; Children 6-12 $5.

The Hip Pocket Thjeatre is an outdoor venue, so be prepared for the weather and bug spray is helpful. Food is catered by Z's Cafe with beer, wine and soft drinks also available.
