The Winnsboro Cultural Arts District is supported, in part, by funding from the Texas Commission on the Arts, and is under the umbrella of the City of Winnsboro. Member (Pres) of the ART Region of Texas- (not for profit status) a consortium of NE TX cities/entities promoting the arts/artists of the region.
