Metrognome Collective - Firehouse Gallery
Metrognome Collective was formed to educate, promote and assist visual artists, musicians, writers, performers and filmmakers to enable them to make the transition into full time art careers; to provide affordable, publicly accessible performance, studio, classroom and gallery space; to sponsor meetings and workshops for artists regarding how to obtain representation, charitable contributions and fair compensation for their artistic endeavors; to sponsor other services to strengthen the North Texas arts community; and to educate the public about emerging local artists and their work.
