Matt Gaskins and Kelly Thomas are the owners of NAMS Frisco and would
love to meet you! Matt Gaskins, founder of the Neighborhood Arts and Music School (NAMS), is a versatile, creative, and proficient musician with a passion and enthusiasm for teaching. As a multi-instrumentalist, he has worked professionally in many settings and venues including jazz, classical, and Indian music. Matt has a Master's degree in Jazz Studies from the prestigious University of North Texas. Kelly is a co-owner and the office manager at NAMS. She has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Memphis with a minor in music. She has over 14 years business and office management experience. She has taught private lessons, directed wind ensembles and performed in various church and community bands and orchestras. Kelly also has experience writing and arranging music.
