Big D Charity Horse Show

Let me tell you about the Best Little Horse Show in Texas. It's about everything that's good in the Lone Star State. It's about fun. It's about the big hearts of a group of equestrian enthusiasts who use their passion for horses to assist those of their community in need.

For the last 40 years, the Big D Charity Horse Show has been able to raise over $405,000.00 for Metroplex charities. We are fortunate that several hundred horsemen make their way from East to West to support Big D in its effort to reach out to others.

The Big D Charity Horse Show is proud to announce that once again Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children will be its recipient charity for 2009.

Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children is one of the nation's leading pediatric centers for the treatment of orthopedic conditions, certain related neurological disorders and learning disorders, such as dyslexia. There is no charge to patient families for treatment at the hospital, and admission is open to Texas children from birth to 18 years of age. For more information, to volunteer or to make a donation, please call (214) 559-5000 or (800) 421-1121 or visit www.tsrhc.org.

As a spectator, exhibitor, and sponsor you will witness the excitement of American Saddlebreds, Racking Horses, and Tennessee Walking Horses competing for trophies and prizes. You will enjoy great food, fun parties, and entertainment at the Las Colinas Equestrian Center, and you will know you have given of yourself to help the patients at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

Being a spectator or exhibitor at the Big D Charity Horse Show is a lot of fun, but as a sponsor, you'll also get special benefits for an even better time...and the knowledge that you've helped a worthwhile cause like Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
