Allen Arts Alliance

Support for the arts is crucial to the health and vitality of any city. Art enhances the quality of life for every citizen and helps build a stronger sense of community identity. Founded by the City of Allen in 1998, the Allen Arts Alliance promotes, nurtures and celebrates the arts in our community through interactive participation with our schools, civic organizations, businesses and citizens.

With the decision to develop the Allen Arts Alliance as a non-profit 501c3 organization, we look to become the true umbrella organization for all of the arts in our community. We are looking to the opening of the Arts Hall in Collin County in 2010 as our long-term timetable and what we need to do now to nurture the arts organizations in our community.
