Downtown Denison Inc. is a retailers association, a membership-driven group and the private, non-profit group for downtown. When the organization received its charter on December 27, 1966, the mission was to dedicate itself to the movement and improvement of Downtown Denison and the surrounding area.
DDI owns Denison Heritage Park at 330 W. Main. Heritage Park serves as a host for many downtown events and a community gathering place.
