The rodeo is back and better than ever! The world famous Mesquite Championship Rodeo kicks into high gear with an expanded schedule for 2010:

The Mesquite Championship Rodeo exclusively features Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) sanctioned events that include top-ranked contestants, famous livestock featured in the Las Vegas Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR), top rodeo clowns from across the U.S., special guest announcers, along with lasers and pyrotechnics that add up to two hours of non-stop action and rock'n roll with all the events that fans have come to expect at a championship rodeo including: Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Bareback Riding, Cowgirl Barrel Racing, Tie-Down Roping, Steer Wrestling and Team Roping. Also included for the kids are crowd favorite's Justin Boots Mutton Bustin', Borden Dash-For-Cash, free face painting, pony rides and a petting zoo. The rodeo continues to be an affordable family attraction with reserved seat ticket prices in the arena $6 for children (12 and under) and $11 for adults with parking for $5. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and rodeo events begin at 7:30 p.m. Post rodeo concerts begin at 9:30 p.m. Tickets for the 2010 Mesquite Championship Rodeo season go on sale March 13 and are available online at www.mesquiterodeo.com or www.ticketmaster.com.
